Ruby Loop show offs....the Winner is...

Congrats to not one...but two adorable girls! After counting and recounting the votes on the Ruby Loop facebook show offs gallery, there was a tie between Haley and Shelby H.! I couldn't believe it! 78 votes each!!!

All the girls were so cute showing off their Ruby Loop bows, and I have to give kudos to the moms and friends and family for really pulling for these girls! They really got the word out!
